Not to high jack the thread but also looking for gearing for Dana 44 and ford 9; 4.10 or 4.56 would work for me.

Sorry Blake I do not have the 373 Dana 44 gear And To answer the question if the older 44 st Axel ford is the same as the newer Independent on the gear Yes they are I have ran into some problems on the 90 and newer stuff they shim different on the pinion look at them close and make sure you get all the shims outa the housing when you pull the pinion out

Man I forgot I posted this sorry I never answered I am looking for the 5.13's. I have 4.10's now I want to get rid of them. they are still in the truck.

Yea I remember that berry that was not even close to the pit at all. You guys were at the north west end of the drag track. I will agree with you 100%. The truck in hit the throttle twice if I remember correctally. Threw dirt & rocks at the area you were sitting. That is completely unnecessary. I have always crenged when that happens. I have see racers do that in crowded areas and it is very dangerous. You never know when a throttle may stick and these trucks will cover a lot of ground quick. Pit areas are no place for a test and tune. Drivers should be aware of what is behind them also, will agree that was a bad decision on the drivers part. No need for a phone call after a better description of the incident. You have a nice day also. Sam next time we go south Im bringing the best Paul locator there is LAURA.... Sam you still got them 44 cuts, what did you want for them again. Looking for a set of 38.5x11 cuts also if anyones got a line on some let me know..
