Moses and I are planning on it. I am pretty sure there are a few others, but don't want to speak for them. Any idea what the running order will be yet?
Jenks
P.s. I think the guard rail is safe this year.

The address is:
1196 Franklin Rd Amboy IL 61310
The entrance to the pits is roughly 1000 feet to the east of this address on Route 30. You will see the signs on RT. 30 on where to go. Pits open up at roughly 3:00p.m. Pit passes are $10 a head kids get in free. A pit pass will get you access to the entire fairgrounds don't be afraid to check out our food vendors. There will be t-shirts available for $15 also.
****Please guys we have a no alcohol policy but if you put it in a coozie or a cup and there won't be any problems. Just be reasonable*****
We hauled in 20 loads of dirt this year, raised the track up 6 inches and extended it out to a full 420 feet of good dirt to work with. The lanes themselves will be 25ft wide and at least 10-15 feet away from the concrete blocks so we have more breathing room. We are going to try to pulverize the track and get it loosened up more for better mud and a softer shut down.
If anyone has any suggestions or would like to help prep the track we will start working on it after the tractor pulls are over Friday night and will finish up hopefully before 2-3am.

Also forgot there is lodging available in Dixon only 10 miles away there is a Super 8 and Comfort Inn. Primitive camping available at the fairgrounds and full service campgrounds are less than 5 miles away. If anyone needs to leave a trailer I have a secure lot on the farm no problem at all. If anyone needs assistance I'm the fair board rep for this event and live 10 minutes away if you need anything at all just call me 815-973-3305. Thanks guys can't wait to make some noise throw some mud with you again!
