I was hoping to get my play day truck finished in time for sunday but it has some valvetrain issues I still have to work out so I guess we will leave the mopar at home. We will still bring the ford and chevy down though.

Sorry guys, I have to cancel out. Was going over the truck today and have a rear spring perch issue. I don't wanna wheel her till I get a chance to weld a new one on.
Now if I can just figure out my arc welder (limited experience arc welding)...I lost access to the MIG I used to use.

I am hauling Michael down with his chevy and Nick Gingerich is bringing his brown ford on 39.5" boggers (he came to the last Avon bog in 2006).
I hope the weather cooperates!

Holy Crap, I don't believe it. Was just digging through my parts and found a spring perch that'll fit.
Where's this shop of yours Jeff? Should I bring down 12-ton jackstands/a floor jack, or do you have stuff that can handle the height of my truck?
I was thinking about arriving around 9AM to make sure I have enough time to take everything apart, cut, grind, weld, and reassemble. Will that time work for you?
Give me a call if you wanna chat when you read this.
Thanks for the offer on the garage, Brian (719) 660-4644

This ones for Brian picasaweb.google.com/homePosing for the camera. I went early 2.45ish, but had a nice day considering the weather and ice! On behalf of my Son and me, I would like to thank you all for being so friendly and welcoming. I will keep looking here on the forum for the next event. Simon

I have also wanted to post a picture but have not been successful. Can anyone shed some light for those of us that are a little slow? (ME) In order to post a picture here on the forum, you first have to reduce the size (the best is under 100 kb). You can do this with photo programs, but the easiest way is to just save the picture on your hard drive, then go to the picture and right-click on it then left click on "Send" then left-click on "To Mail Recipient" Wait--it might take a few moments for the new email to open, depending on how large your pictures are. Then address it and send it to yourself. Once you hit send, a message will pop up asking if you want to send your pictures smaller, and you need to say yes. Once you receive your pictures from yourself, you will see that they are smaller size. (you can check out the kb size listed in the attachment). Save the reduced size attachments to your computer--(preferably in another folder away from the originals). Then you need an on-line place to upload your pictures in order to link to them. Here is a good free one, photobucket.com/ you have to join it in order to use it, But it's a good one and you don't have to worry about spam or anything like that. Once you have joined, upload your pictures to Photobucket. (directions are easy to follow) Once uploaded, Go to your picture in Photobucket and click on the IMG code below it. Then come here and open a new message/reply Click into the message, and then right-click and then left-click on "Paste" If you then click on "preview" just below the message area, you can see if your picture is going to show. You can click in above or below the picture to include writing with your picture. Then all you do is click on "Submit". OR If you have a place to store your photos online, just copy the URL and paste it between the code [/IMG] You can also get the IMG code by clicking on the little picture icon forth from the left in the second row of the tag icons showing just above the message area. OR send them to me and I will resize, upload and write the code, and then send to you to post.
