the pump was bought for 3 class 200 - 300 and 400 as per our new rules
300 is the only one that is getting the attention the other class seem not to care about the pump
And if I were in class 200 Stock I would not want benny or roger or black maj in that class I dont think they want to go backwards and go slower by removing there inakes, carbs, headers, MSD ETC

no response for 400 because 300 is pretty much 400!! and quite frankly 572 is a stupid cubic in too. if your gonna make it 572 why not 632 because thats what an A-460 block is good for!

i mean how did you guys come up with these numbers im interested draw them from a hat go off a club members motor go off of someones motor you didnt want racing there? really how 500 cid and 572?

500 is the largest stock motor CID any of us could come up with
The intention of class 300 is stock type motors that are a step over stock
572 is as about as large as you can go in a stock block and IF i remember class 400 is supposed to be a stock block

the rules stat it must have factory markings which means if it says ford chevy dodge etc its good. and an A-460 block is clearly stamped ford. the way i see it is a 545 cubic inch motor is just as stock as a 500 cubic inch motor.

and didnt there use to be a class 400 ford that run about a 600 cid motor? didnt do that out of no stock block

Man that was a long time ago but how fair was that It might have been even bigger than you think - as I stated before in the first pages of this mess - I was not welcome at most tracks and that truck would run circles around all but 1 white chevy he says he not racen this year he is the top dog in the IRON head class(s) take notes from that guy he has it all figured out. But the chevy has a huge advantage in the IRON head departement I jumped up to the bigger classes and have been much happier and have keep all my friends

thats my point sam the rules with 300 are making a lot of guys not feel welcome. you may have had the money to bump up. i however spent everything i have saved in my life to build a 300 motor. im not trying to be a dick but you guys really have a way of not making a guy feel welcome. and any way you look at it you are punishing some of us for doing our homework and hundreds of hours of work for being fast. and i dont care what you say there were 3 of us you guys had in mind that you wanted to eliminate because you thought there was no way we could build a small cubic in motor that was that fast and still pulling vacuum. and you only ruled one of us out. and quite frankly im not afraid to take a stand for someone this rule really does not effect me other then im not tearing my motor apart there. me personally i have never felt that welcome ever racing with overlanders. just went down because there is a few guys that go that i enjoy racing with.

and as far as that goes when i started racing mikey just killed me and everyone else. i never heard anyone ask mike to move up. he killed my truck but i had fun made me want to go faster and i still like mike so i dont believe you lose friends because your fast its how you handle yourself when you have a fast truck

We have raced many places this year and this isn't the only one we have encountered.
Clementsville motorsports, Kentucky SUPER STOCK
1. Tires: any size DOT (no cuts). 2. Body: factory body and frame, front fenders may be cut no more that 3” to get clearance of tires. Absolutely no altering or gutting in any other form. Nets can be used in place of tailgate. 3. Engine: no engine swaps. No aluminum blocks or heads. Aftermarket heads allowed. Replacement after market block allowed. 600 cubic inch limit. We do have pump to test it. Up right or down draft headers are okay. 4. Carburetor: single carburetor, no nitrous or alcohol mixes. 5. Suspension: stock lift kits, traction bars, and factory bars allowed. 6. Gas tanks: stock tank in stock location or fuel cell in bed allowed. 7. Seats: seats will be in place, you may have a race seat, but you must have a passenger seat in place. 8. Aluminum intakes are allowed. 9. Open and soft top vehicles must have roll bars. 10. All vehicles in this class will be considered “street legal”. All glass will be in place. Lights will be operational. Wipers, fans, etc. will be in place, but do not have to operational. 11. Seat belts and helmets mandatory. 12. Safety: both general and safety rules will apply. 13. There will be no tracking in this class. 14. Each vehicle will have one race to conform to cosmetic rules. 15. Flat bed trucks will be allowed in this class, wooden or metal beds are allowed.
PRO STREET 1. Aftermarket intake and/or headers okay. 2. Body or suspension lifts okay. 3. Hydraulic or solid flat tappet cams okay. 4. No electric or air shifters. 5. No cut tires. 6. Mechanical secondary carbs okay. 7. Racing fuel or pump gas only. No nitrous or alcohol mixes. 8. Aftermarket ignition systems or rev limiters okay. 9. Must pull 10” vacuum at/below 1200 rpm; to be checked at PVC or brake booster. 10. No aftermarket heads or blocks. 11. No dominators; 850 CFM limit. 12. No 502 blocks or 514 crate engines. 13. Upright headers and roller cams are allowed. 14. Cubic inch limit has been added - 518 cubic inch. 15. The first, second, and third place trucks will be checked at random. We do have the pumps to check them.
STREET STOCK
1. This is strictly a street stock class. No race trucks are allowed. No roller cams. 2. Must have smooth idle. Must be able to pull 17” of vacuum at 1,000 RPMs. Vacuum will be checked randomly at tech official discretion. No vacuum pumps. 3. Tires: DOT tires allowed, no cut or mismatched tires. 4. Headers: headers are allowed, but must be capped. 5. Lift kits allowed. 6. Dual exhausts allowed. Exhaust must come past back axle (outside or out the back). 7. Aluminum intakes allowed. 8. No aluminum heads. 9. No double pumper carbs, no dual lines, no dominators. Single line 650 CFM. 10. Body: must have no less than factory number of springs, truck must set level or higher in rear. 11. Must have factory transmission. (No stall converters or trans brakes). 12. Ratchet shifters allowed. (No air or electric shifters). 13. Must have factory fuel pump. 14. All accessories must be in place (fans, alternators, belts, etc.). 15. No tracking. 16. Both general and safety rules apply. 17. This class will be looked at objectively. Tech officials’ decisions will be final! 18. All vehicles with removable tops must have tops or canvas snap ons. 19. No 502 Motors. 20. Must have minimum of four leaf springs. 21. Cubic inch limit has been added - 496 cubic inch. 22. The first, second, and third place trucks will be checked at random. We do have the pump to check them. 23. Roller rockers are allowed.

but i bet they either pump everyone or no one not just on a protest as a matter of fact if you read it all its says 1st 2nd and 3rd will be randomly checked. you guys want to use it as a tool to throw someone out when someone else dont want them there.

because of the way way your using the rule your using it as a protest and thats just stupid and what point of its stupid to tear your motor apart for 100 bucks in a dusty field after youve run through the dirt and mud do you not understand. and i promise some one will say something about my truck they do every time. all your doing is defending your club members and thats it so why dont you guys just make it a members only race because thats all any of you care about because you cant stand the thought of getting beat. i was really hoping to resolve somehting here but im done im not going down with a club that is gonna die and im in not racing with a bunch of guys that just look for a reason to screw the guy next to them hell you guys will screw eachother ive watched you do it to jeff and if i remember right john i remember hearing you whine and cry because you got booted out of 300 in toulon on a vote for having 14.5 inches of vacuum by these same guys your defending but dont worry now your a club officer so your good. good luck to you all. because i can see where this is going and to you justin why dont you post something instead of putting smiley faces because the more i look at it the more i think you were the problem here! you wanted to slow 300 down so you had a chance. and john i would think you would not like these rules either you and sam are about the only other club members i see race anywhere else and your limiting your self man!

you are so wrong the people that voted me out of the class I tought how to get vaccum stood at tech helped them and they turned their back on me I also saw your hand go up. I really hope they take the cid rule out i do now pull vaccum with my little 514 so dont tell me I whine and cryed I was not happy but won the class above. Now i'm class 4 and watching you guys whine and cry I bet my 514 is smaller than you and jeff so man up.

"I'm glad I'm out for a while! Won't be at the rules meeting either. Deb and I are going down to Kentucky and visit some mud racing friends for a few days and we'll miss the meeting...shucks!!!! I really shouldn't be a part since we aren't racing for a few years anyway."
